In order for us to claim Gift Aid, we need correct details and consent. You can do this simply by completing the form below.

Gift aid: costs you nothing, helps us keep going. When you choose to 'Gift Aid' your donation, the Government gives us 25% extra (25p for each £1 you donated). By choosing to 'Gift Aid' your donation, you are confirming that you have paid or will pay an amount of Income Tax and/or Capital Gains Tax for the current tax year (6 April to 5 April) that is at least equal to the amount of tax that ChoirBLAST and other charities will reclaim on your gifts for the current tax year (Council Tax and VAT do not count). Please notify ChoirBLAST if you want to cancel this declaration, change your name or home address, or no longer pay sufficient tax on your income and/or capital gains. If you pay Income Tax at the higher or additional rate and want to receive the additional tax relief due to you, you must include all your Gift Aid donations on your Self Assessment tax return or ask HM Revenue and Customs to adjust your tax code.
